Registration needs to be completed through Edas through the following link:

* Papers should be 4 pages or less. The maximum acceptable paper length is 8 pages. All papers exceeding 4 pages will incur a $100 charge for the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th page ($100 per each additional page). Papers longer than 8 pages will be rejected outright without review.
** Each author registration entitles presentation and inclusion of one paper in IEEEXplore. Each author or co-author can include up to three papers in their registration, but each additional paper will incur the above charge.
At least one of the co-authors shall pay for the registration fee to have their paper included in the conference proceedings. Papers must be presented by one of the co-authors or a competent assigned person. Papers not presented in the conference will not be included in IEEEXplore, even if one of the co-authors have paid for conference registration.

Registration includes:
Access to all sessions, exhibits, welcome reception, conference program, conference proceedings, plus additional conference handouts.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Pre-conference workshops and tutorials.
Refunds:
General attendees (non-authors) are eligible for a registration refund if the refund is requested in writing prior to March 15 and will incur a processing fee of $50. There are no registration refunds after March 30.
Authors who have uploaded their papers are NOT entitled to any refunds.
